How to Book Your Motorcycle Tour in Japan
Booking your motorcycle tour with us is simple and straightforward. From the first inquiry to the final confirmation, our team is here to support you every step of the way.
Step 1: Inquiry

Step 2: Pre-booking Questionnaire
We will ask you to complete a short questionnaire to better understand your preferences and travel style.
Typical questions include:
- Travel dates and duration
- Riding experience and license type (including IDP)
- Preferred motorcycle type or model
- Accommodation preference (traditional inn, hotel, guesthouse)
- Special requests (e.g., guided tours, luggage transport, dietary needs)
- How many years of motorcycle riding experience do you have?
- What types of motorcycles have you mainly ridden? (e.g., scooter, 250cc, sportbike, cruiser, adventure bike)
- What is the largest engine displacement you have experience with?
- How often do you currently ride? (e.g., daily, weekends, a few times per year)
- Have you ever ridden a motorcycle in foreign countries?
- Are you comfortable riding in various conditions? (mountain roads, highways, city traffic, rain)
Step 3 : Quotation
Based on your request, we will prepare a detailed quotation including motorcycle rental, accommodation options, and estimated costs.
You can review the plan and ask for adjustments.
Step 4: Confirmation
Once you are satisfied with the plan, you confirm the booking.
At this stage, we will ask for your personal details (name, email, phone, passport copy if required).
Step 4: Payment
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer (details will be provided).
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy (Summary)

- Partial refunds available up to 7 days before.
