Cancellation Policy

At Mototourist, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and flexible as possible while allowing us to manage reservations and tour arrangements responsibly.

1. Standard Cancellation Terms

  • 30 days or more before the start date: Full refund
  • 15–29 days before the start date: 80% refund
  • 7–14 days before the start date: 50% refund
  • Within 6 days of the start date: Non-refundable
  • No-show (failure to appear on the start date): Non-refundable

2. Early Termination of Tour

If you decide to cancel or leave the tour after it has already started, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of your booking (motorcycle rental, accommodation, or other services).

3. Unavoidable Circumstances

In case of unavoidable circumstances beyond your control (such as flight cancellations, illness, or natural disasters), please contact us immediately.

We will review each case individually.

Whenever possible, we will offer a reschedule or alternative arrangement instead of cancellation.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued in Japanese Yen (JPY).

Any bank transfer fees, credit card fees, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Changes to Reservation

Date changes and other modifications may be accepted depending on availability.

Additional charges may apply.
